💥 No Gi Grappling Class starting tomorrow!!
💥 Sensei Kam will be holding this class Fridays 8.30pm for all adult students. £7.50 pay as you go lessons
💥 With over 15 years experience in ground work including BJJ, catch wrestling and grappling, Sensei Kam will be teaching the application of this and how it works alongside our striking
💥 We'll be open as usual today and through to Friday this week guys but we're closed Sunday 9th April. If this is your usual training day please attend another session during the week
💥Sparring is on today for Adult beginners (White belt to Red belt) and all Cadet students - 2.30pm - 3.30pm
💥Sparring is on Wednesday for Advanced Adults (Red Stripe and above) - 8.30pm - 9.30pm
💥 Well done to Harrison and Charlie on being awarded their Ninja Brown Belts
💥 Lots of hard work went into this one and these boys have put a lot of effort into lessons to achieve this grade (plus 50 Burpees at the end of their lesson yesterday!!)

💥Sunday afternoons 2.30pm session will be for all Cadet students and Adults from White Belt to Red Belt
