💥 Starting at 1.15pm til 4pm we'll be covering lots of boxing, kickboxing and K1 drills and getting rounds in

💥 Well done to everyone who's come in and trained hard in classes so far this week! It's been sparring and sparring drills and there's been some great rounds so far across all the classes - despite the heat!
💥 Sparring is on this Saturday with a slight time change - 1.30pm - 2.45pm
We'll let you know if this changes depending on how hot it gets through this week with the weather warnings in place

💥 Congratulations to our Cadet and Adult students who passed their graduation gradings yesterday!
💥 We changed the way we hold our graduation gradings for this one - with beginners grading separately to our intermediate and advanced grades and we'll be keeping to this format going forwards
💥 Over the space of 8 hours we graded 93 students from yellow belt all the way through to brown stripe
💥 There were some great achievements across all groups :
▪️5 merits awarded within the Cadets gradings
▪️2 merits awarded within the Adults gradings
▪️A mention for an outstanding grading from three of our Cadets in the intermediate & advanced gradings - Bella, Lilly-Mae & Madina advancing from green stripe to blue belt. Excellent effort and technique shown throughout girls!
▪️Two of our former Ninja students completed their first Cadet belts - well done to Aadam & Sebby! Onto the next stage of your martial arts journey in the Cadets!
▪️Two of our Cadet Junior Dan grades (and junior coaches) passed their first Adult Grading and were awarded their red belts - congratulations Cameron & Josie, keep up the hard work guys!
💥 There was so much effort put into all four gradings across the day guys, all the hard work over the last three months has really paid off guys
💥 We'll see you back on the mats for sparring rotation this week!

💥 If you haven't already replied please get back to us as soon as possible to confirm your attendance and we can make sure we have your belt and certificate

💥 Graduation grading is Saturday 2nd July - we'll be messaging all eligible students over the next week or so with times as we're slightly changing this one and need you to confirm attendance please
