Great start to the year

💥 It's been a great start to the year guys and so good to see so many of you back on the mats after the Christmas break

💥 Well done to the Cadets and Adults who came to the sparring session this afternoon - special well done to those students who doubled up and did the sessions back to back 💪🏻

💥The next free sparring session is this Wednesday 8.30pm -.9.30pm after the Ladies Class.
