💥 Thank you to our junior coaches for coming in and helping out too, it's all adding more experience to your coaching goals ready for your incoming coaching workbooks 😊

💥 We'll be holding one of these sessions every month for the Cadets to keep progressing your skills and co-ordination with the sticks working on all weave patterns, strikes and eventually sparring
