Saturday Sparring Session

Sparring is on this Saturday 1.15pm - 2.30pm for Cadet and Adult Students

There will be at least one more session before the Graduation Grading in December but if you know you have rounds to do for your next belt please make sure you attend

Please make sure you have a gum guard as a bare minimum
